We specialise in the day-to-day book-keeping operations of small to medium sized firms, ranging from International Media and Design to Building companies.
We act as your Accounts Department which in turn saves you the inconvenience of employing accounting staff or incurring additional salary costs.
We also specialise in troubleshooting operations. We can provide effective accounting remedies for an inefficient, even failing, accounting system and turn it around into the efficient system it should be.
It's simple:
- You send us the accounting records by post or we pick them up, although we can work on-site
- We carry out all the bookkeeping
- We return the papers and Accounts to you.
This allows us to keep our own costs down which in turn allows us to pass on those cost savings in the form of very competitive rates.
What services do we provide?
- Maintenance of nominal ledgers to trial balance;
- Maintenance of sales and purchase ledger;
- Maintenance of cash books;
- Banking and Bank Reconciliations
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset register;
- Drawing cheques in accordance with normal payment terms, or instructions of the client
- VAT returns - completion and submission
- Monthly payroll and preparation of Employer's Annual Returns
- Cash Flow monitoring and forecasting
- Monthly Management Accounts showing actual figures to date
- Income and expense budgets and forecasts including variance analysis
- Preparation of Trial Balance and associated Profit & loss and Balance Sheet for your tax Accountant to finalise at Year End
